Anglers we can't talk enough about Trout fishing right now, due to the cold snaps we've had the Trout have moved up in the canals and rivers along the Forgotten Coast from Port St Joe out to Apalachicola and the bite has been awesome. Several of the guys here at BlueWater Outriggers have fished both areas and boated the limit on some nice fish and that was with 4 anglers fishing. Slot fish with large girth and some over slot. Bait of choice is using soft plastics and jigging on the bottom in the deeper holes as you find them and at times just drifting with the current.
