Fishing around the Forgotten Coast has been nothing less than poor. We have had some crazy weather with high temps. About this time last year, the water temp was a full 10 degrees cooler than we are seeing now.
St Joe Bay has been really poor and most folks are trying to get up in the canal for Trout. There are some there but you have to work hard and you may wind up with a couple slot fish for the box. Keep at it and be positive there is some cooler weather just around the corner we hope that it'll turn the fish on.
