Customers praised this aluminum sand spike as "the best" they've used. "Lightweight but extremely sturdy" with excellent build quality and strong welds. The foot bar makes it "easy to spike in and pull out of the sand." Holds surf rods securely even in rough conditions. One delivery issue was reported.

After trying a few different rod holders over the years, this one is easily the best I've owned. The aluminum construction is lightweight but extremely sturdy, and it has held up great in the saltwater environment. The foot bar makes it incredibly easy to drive deep into the sand, even when the beach is packed.
It holds my 15 foot surf rod securely, even when casting heavy weights or fishing in rough surf. I also like that it's easy to pull back out when it's time to move. The welds and overall build quality are excellent, and it feels like a product that's built to last for many years.

Have not tested it for long but so far it’s great. It’s sturdy and strong but also lightweight, easy to spike in and pull out of the sand with the foot bar , welds seem very strong and overall it’s been a great product. In my opinion Anglers Fish-n-mate sand spikes are the best I’ve ever used.

I have not received the order. Have contacted UPS multiple times however cannot communicate with a human to get any resolution for the order issue. The delivery from UPS was a Amazon prime order for my wife and not the sand spikes.

Much better and easier to deal with than the PVC ones. Goes into sand easily (using the foot steps) and stands up higher which keeps the line out of the way of beach walkers. Great product!
