Took only a couple of hours, 3 hours maximum with breaks for a few beers, with a lot of the time spent on cable management/prettying up wiring in the boat. The most difficult part was sneaking a wire from the ignition to the unit, which wasn’t terrible but time consuming.
It was a perfect 1:1 swap with the existing hydraulic system on the outside of the boat. All of the holes lined up beautifully. All you need in addition to the kit is some wire and some 4200 sealant.
