The ARCO Zeus 24V 7kW alternator generates extremely high amperage at cruising and higher RPMs. This alternator continuously generates over 3kW (109 Amps) at just under 3,000 alternator RPM and almost 6kW (218 Amps) at under 6,000 RPM. In real-world terms, a marine diesel engine at 1,500 RPM with a 2:1 pulley ratio generates over 3kW, and a Mercedes Sprinter at 1,800 RPM with a 3.21:1 ratio generates over 6kW!
The ARCO Zeus 24V 7kW alternator turns on for cruising or at mid to higher RPMs, runs cooler, and provides more power than older designs that are larger and heavier. The newest generation of 24V performance has arrived.
Competitor’s 24V alternators utilize a 12V rotor and field current, which is less efficient and limits output at all RPMs. ARCO utilizes a native 24V rotor and field current. This results in our 24V alternator running cooler than competitors’ 24V alternators, having a direct impact on the alternator's lifespan.

With its intuitive interface, you can access information on your system that you never had before. This information will enable you to regulate your system and optimize your battery charge and alternator output, resulting in a safer experience while protecting your energy system investment.
Zeus is the only alternator regulator that can read 2 shunts at a time (the battery shunt and alternator shunt). This feature enables Zeus to react to inputs from the battery current/temperature and alternator current/temperature.
Through the ARCO Zeus application, you are in good hands. Your data is automatically logged and can be shared with your technician to troubleshoot your system remotely. You can even import your remote technician’s configurations.
Zeus optimizes battery charges for 12-48 volt systems. Returns While we do our best to assure your order is perfect, we understand sometime things happen. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
