Angler's Fish-n-Mate Cart Grey Tire 686-XL

Love the bigger wheels for ground clearance and weight distribution. Put my daughter, cooler, tackle and few other things and had no problem.the poly tires have a nice thickness that took away my concerns of traveling several blocks on concrete and asphalt. Very pleased with quality of cart, light but durable.

Received this cart on October 20. The box was severely damaged. It had a hole 12 to 16 inches in diameter with a 2 foot /going straight down the side. I notified customer service in an email. They responded the next business day being Monday asking for a picture. I sent a picture of the severely damaged box requested that they send me a new tire. They responded asking that I open the box try to inflate the tire and send a new picture of the tire. I I felt the picture I sent with the severe damage to the box should warrant a request for the tire. I was very disappointed that Matt and customer service was unwilling to do anything for me, other than send me a label to return the box. So that’s why I’m giving it a one rating. I’m not sure if I can get it returned to them and they require 30 days but I guess that’s my problem..

Great service. This cart is awesome. It is huge and will be perfect for what I need. Little pricey but hey it's just money...

Cart arrived quickly, box in good shape. Assembly was easy. Wheels are a giant upgrade from the old solid wheeled cart I had. Travels over sand very well. Nice solid welds. Only used once so far (bought 2 weeks ago).

I ordered this cart from BWO to use on a mini vacation I had planned a week out. The cart was delivered in 3 days by UPS and was in perfect condition with no visible damage. I assembled the cart following the easy to understand instructions but had to wait on a pump I ordered to inflate the two tires. When the pump arrived, I carefully inflated them both to 2LBS of pressure and noticed an odd thing. One of the tires was MUCH larger when inflated than the other. I contacted BWO about the issue and they gave me the contact info for Fish N Mate. I called them and explained what happened and they had a replacement wheel in the mail the same day. Unfortunately it didn't arrive for my trip so I couldn't bring the cart. When I got back, the tire had been delivered so I inflated it to 2LBS and tried to put it on the axle but it was too wide and covered the cotter pin hole. Once again I contacted Fish N Mate and explained the issue and sent pictures. They sent ANOTHER wheel which I received 2 days later. This one fit perfect. There is only one other issue that I'm not crazy about and that's the handle...it was bent during manufacture. It's irritating but I have plans to replace it so it's not worth contacting them about. The quick response and replacement of defective parts by Fish N Mate is the reason I'm giving this cart 4 stars instead of 2. They are in the process of going to "NEW" wheels and I apparently got one of the carts that was packaged during the transition. Like most people who use beach carts to fish, I plan on making modifications and this cart is a GREAT foundation to do that!

This cart makes hauling all of your fishing and beach gear a breeze. It’s lightweight and the wheels roll smoothly over the sand. We also purchased the liner which keeps smaller items secure.

So I ordered the 686 and it was received in good time. Opened the box and assembled the cart, when I noticed that there were dents in the top on the frame of the cart. I investigated and saw that there were holes and other damage in the box when I received it, so it had a bumpy journey to Pennsylvania. Contacted BWO and asked for resolution. It’s been weeks and finally they are asking me to re-box this thing, in the box I ripped apart, and ship it back to them. So I need to disassemble, figure out how to get all the parts in the box, tape the hell out of a ripped up box. This is in order to get them to ship a new one. I offered to receive a new one and just swap out the frame and send the new, protected, wrapped parts in a good box with the bad frame, but apparently that isn’t good enough. BWO has been responsive but the fact that this is still going on is ridiculous. I’ve spent so much time dealing with this, when all I want is an undamaged nearly $500.00 cart. I’ll update if resolution is satisfactory, but the long dragged out delay is just not right.

I like the fish-n-mate carts. I own 3 but this last purchase was a mistake. All the others I bought with regular wheels and upgraded to WheelEzz wheels. Well, I say this on in Port St. Joe and wanted a new cart with what i thought were the WheelEzz wheels but turns out they are not. Within 5 months I started having problems with them keeping air in them only to discover they both have pin holes on the inner tire where they mount to the rim. Please beware of this. There are multiple posts online about these wheels and their counterparts, the orange ones. I have contacted Rod Rack and they said they would replace but they don't know when they will be getting more.

Well worth the money, and best price I coupd find after searching for weeks. Cart came well packaged and protected. Assembly was easy. Fit my 75qt Orca Cooler perfectly with room to spare. Wheels help the cart glide over the sand.

No complaints. You won't be disappointed. Great service. This store had everything.

Just a great solution for us. You can load this thing down and it still rolls well over soft sand. On hard sand, it rolls like a dream.

We also took the wheels on and off so it fit in the trunk of our sedan.

Highly recommended overall.

This has made fishing more enjoyable with the ease of use. The removable handle and the lightness of weight allows me to tuck it under the tonneau cover when traveling. The large tires has made traversing the steps at the beach a breeze. I wish I would have purchased this earlier.

One of the best purchases I've made in a while. The cart works great and glides over the sand compared to those with smaller tires. My only problem with it , is they caution you about over filling the tires, but with the type of valve that's used to fill the tires, I can't find a way to measure how much is in the tire. But overall it's a great cart and BlueWater has been great to do business with!

Nice cart, makes me feel professional! Makes carrying fishing gear easy over the sand! Easy to put into my truck! I would like to get different tires for different terrain‘s that I will be fishing! Used only once but I hope it will last for many more trips.

Don't waste your money due to bad tire design the cart will not be functional I purchased this cart 14 days ago and I am still waiting for tires that work I am so pissed off do your self a favor and buy a cart with tires that work I have a fishing tournament coming up and I will probably have mt tires by then the main reason I bought this cart was because of the tournament on the 2/20/2020.

My order was handled in a very professional manner. I requested a later shipping date and they followed my directions perfectly. The cart is exactly what I wanted. Even though this cart is large and a little difficult to store with the huge balloon tires, it is not heavy. It is exactly what I wanted for hauling my big loads of fishing gear on loose sandy beaches. This cart is also very customizable. I took one star off because I feel it is a bit overpriced. I was able to make the purchase because of a more realistic price on sale.

Well made, light and much better over sand than another cart I bought of good quality but plastic wheels. Storage area is really good. Don't want any bigger. Unit will fit in truck bed with a tonneau cover. Just have to take off the handle which is simple.
Rod holders work great, but I have one old 12' rod that will not fit.
The little table and bait bucket is really handy. I take a couple shrimp out of the bait bucket and throw them in the basket while I hook up. I do wish the table was a little bigger. Just enough space to hold your pliers or rest your tackle as you tie up. Basket could be smaller to make a larger work surface.
The price is tough to warrant as a casual user but no other options looked as good.
My only wish is that there were a perforated plastic insert for the bottom to keep the 5 gallon bucket flat. I'm sure everyone has the same issue and has to rig up their own bottom. For that and the price I rate 4 stars instead of 5 (which would be something perfect).

I have not had a chance to use the cart yet but it is what I was looking for when I purchased it. Couldn't give 5 stars only because I had to shorten the rear landing foot & drill new holes. The rear landing foot was so low you couldnt roll over any uneven surfaces without it dragging the ground when in it's highest position. After the fix it works great. Big enough for all your gear, very lightweight, stable & strong. I would buy it again!
