This cart replaced a poorly made 48” long cart. I was skeptical this replacement cart would measure up, but it has exceeded all expectations. Delivery was on time, and so easy to assemble my wife completed it before I made it home! High quality materials have really performed well. The balloon wheels are a tremendous improvement from the hard plastic ones. I highly recommend this cart to anyone!!

Used this cart for the first time last week and it worked great. It seems well made and pulled well across the deep sand. It only took a few minutes to assemble and disassemble for travel. I had to go up and down steps to get to the beach. Removing the front stabilizer bar allowed me to easily back the cart down the steps with all my gear. Also the cart wasn’t too wide for the walkway. Not sure if the bigger carts would make it through the walkway. I would recommend for someone who only takes a trip to the beach a couple of times a year. Not sure how it would do with heavy use.

I put my cart together, loaded it in my truck under my tonneau (with the handle off and bait attachment not connected), and headed out to the beach at 4:30 in the morning in total darkness. Took it out, popped the handle on, loaded 5 surf rods in the holders, and loaded my 50 pounds of tackle, heavy cooler with snacks, and oversized camping chair in the cart. Set out in the deepest softest beach sand there is headed to my spot. Got there with all my stuff. It is hard to pull it in soft sand. Much harder
On the way back with an extra 30 pounds of cool rocks. Less is more. It does very well and is much easier to pull in the thickest sand only lightly filled. The wheels are great but thick loose sand that is difficult to walk in is difficult to pull even the best cart in. Doable, but still hard. Glad I bought it and I use it all the time. Makes bringing more than 2 rods in particular wonderful. Less weight in it is so much better than weighted down. I am an unhealthy 55 year old guy for reference.

All the basics needed to get you out on the beach with a line in the water. Easy assembly. Not a giant cart so if you're using an existing cooler you need to verify measurements to see if it'll fit.
