This product does exactly as described, it raises your handle about 8". However, it's not exactly plug 'n' Play for other brands of carts. I've got a Offshore Angler cart and I had to to a bit of filing and sanding to get my handle to fit right. I guess it's dependent on the manufacturer of the aluminum tubing. I'm only giving this 4 stars simply because of that reason. I'm sure it a perfect match for the Fish N Mate branded carts. Overall a great product and super fast shipping on BWO's part.

I have not actually used it to pull my cart on the beach, but it fits a little loose, I need to find a way to make the handle tighter where it fits into the original part.

I actually bought two of them. One to extend my carry handle and the other to extend the "T" bar in the back of the cart. I raised it so I can bungy cord my spikes and umbrella to the cart. Works great.

If you are tall this will raise the handle to make pulling or pushing more comfortable. But a better use is to use it as an extension for the optional chair carrier. you raise the chair carrier up about 6 inches and reverse the carrier with the forks toward the front so that the beach cart is not so tail heavy when carrying the chairs. It also allows you to carry larger chairs, Shipping is quick and my orders have been accurate when delivered.

I’m a tall guy and this handle extension was exactly the product I needed for both of my fish n mate beach fishing carts. Blue Water Outriggers did a great job of quickly fulfilling my order and it arrived in just a couple of days. I’ll be doing more shopping with BWO for future purchases
