Angler's Fish-n-Mate Cart Grey Tire 686-XL

Received this cart on October 20. The box was severely damaged. It had a hole 12 to 16 inches in diameter with a 2 foot /going straight down the side. I notified customer service in an email. They responded the next business day being Monday asking for a picture. I sent a picture of the severely damaged box requested that they send me a new tire. They responded asking that I open the box try to inflate the tire and send a new picture of the tire. I I felt the picture I sent with the severe damage to the box should warrant a request for the tire. I was very disappointed that Matt and customer service was unwilling to do anything for me, other than send me a label to return the box. So that’s why I’m giving it a one rating. I’m not sure if I can get it returned to them and they require 30 days but I guess that’s my problem..

Great service. This cart is awesome. It is huge and will be perfect for what I need. Little pricey but hey it's just money...

Cart arrived quickly, box in good shape. Assembly was easy. Wheels are a giant upgrade from the old solid wheeled cart I had. Travels over sand very well. Nice solid welds. Only used once so far (bought 2 weeks ago).

I ordered this cart from BWO to use on a mini vacation I had planned a week out. The cart was delivered in 3 days by UPS and was in perfect condition with no visible damage. I assembled the cart following the easy to understand instructions but had to wait on a pump I ordered to inflate the two tires. When the pump arrived, I carefully inflated them both to 2LBS of pressure and noticed an odd thing. One of the tires was MUCH larger when inflated than the other. I contacted BWO about the issue and they gave me the contact info for Fish N Mate. I called them and explained what happened and they had a replacement wheel in the mail the same day. Unfortunately it didn't arrive for my trip so I couldn't bring the cart. When I got back, the tire had been delivered so I inflated it to 2LBS and tried to put it on the axle but it was too wide and covered the cotter pin hole. Once again I contacted Fish N Mate and explained the issue and sent pictures. They sent ANOTHER wheel which I received 2 days later. This one fit perfect. There is only one other issue that I'm not crazy about and that's the handle...it was bent during manufacture. It's irritating but I have plans to replace it so it's not worth contacting them about. The quick response and replacement of defective parts by Fish N Mate is the reason I'm giving this cart 4 stars instead of 2. They are in the process of going to "NEW" wheels and I apparently got one of the carts that was packaged during the transition. Like most people who use beach carts to fish, I plan on making modifications and this cart is a GREAT foundation to do that!

This cart makes hauling all of your fishing and beach gear a breeze. It’s lightweight and the wheels roll smoothly over the sand. We also purchased the liner which keeps smaller items secure.
