Trout and Redfish continue to be pretty strong in St. Joe Bay using soft baits, many brands are taking fish so you can pretty much go to your favorite and catch fish. Popping corks have not been too effective now that we've gotten into the heat of the summer unless you're working them right a sun up. Work them off the bottom and lower in the water column and you should be good. Beach fishing is still good with Whiting and some Pompano still taking bait but they've pretty much moved off. Pomp Jigs and Fish Bites continue to work well off the beach. Don't forget anglers Red Snapper season kicks off on Friday June 17th so gear up at Bluewater Outriggers.
