Redfish has been nothing less that great this last week. Our good friend and Captain, Lee Thompson had a 15 fish day for his clients this week and said there was some really nice fish in that mix. Trout was not as active but there were still some good reports of Trout being taken, however there were a lot of short fish. Surf fishing has been great this week as well with lots of Whiting being caught along the beaches. Fresh shrimp and Fishbites were winners for surf fishing. Captain Lee says Alewife was the killer for Redfish this week but you gotta get that cast net out. The Yo Zuri Topknock pencil in white was a good choice for Trout. Until next week.
