      Great rod at a good price

      This is my third Prevail II rod. I have a 10 & 11’ and wanted another 11 footer. All are medium heavy, moderate fast. I primarily catfish from the bank and can constantly get around 100 yard casts with 40# braid and a 3oz weight. Landed my PB 38# flatty with ease. My shoulders aren’t what they used to be. The rods are thinner and lightweight for their size, and I really like the long butt section length.
