Fishing along the Forgotten Coast continues to be tough. And yes the Highland View Bridge takes top honors again this week for the hot spot. We had a trio of charter boats out the other day including our own Capt. Lee with Shallow Seas Charters and the report was pretty slow. Out of 15 people fishing with some fine Captains and there were only 3 keeper Red Fish. However under the bridge continues to produce. So the bank fishermen are out fishing the boats. Go figure, but that's the nature of fishing. Various baits are effective there and mostly letting the drift of the bait do the work. One secret and my friends will be mad at me. Be there at Sun up and get your fishing done. You'll have an hour to hour and a half to have

success before the bite turns off.
