- We ship to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. Extra shipping charges will apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. After you place your order, a representative will contact you regarding these rates.
- We also offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.00 via UPS Ground Services within the contiguous 48 states. (Orders must total $150 before tax to qualify for free shipping).

- Oversize, bulky and multiple package shipments may require additional charges. You will be contact via email or phone regarding any additional shipping charges.
- Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. If your order wil not ship within 2 business days, you will be notified via email.

- Please note that we currently ship exclusively with UPS and will not be able to ship to a PO Box.
- When receiving your package from UPS, please inspect the package carefully for any potential damage or tampering. If the package looks like it is damaged or tampered with, please refuse the package. If you were unable to check the package at the time of arrival, please inspect your package and contents as soon as possible after receiving your package. If there is any damage to your package or if there are any items missing, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at 1-855-258-9837. If you do not call during business hours, please leave a message explaining your situation and a customer service representative will return your call the following morning.
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase of a regular priced item, you can return your item to us for a full refund within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, tags are still attached, and the item is still in saleable condition.
- Shipping costs are non refundable
- WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS - ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS (This includes all sale, clearance, and closeout items).
- All electronics, rods and reels, and any other products that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. If you send any of these back to us, you do so at the risk of never receiving a refund or receiving the product again in your mailbox
